AVA ENGINEERING & INDUSTRIAL SERVICES LLC - FZ provides industrial and engineering solutions including but not limited to:

  • Pharmaceutical Equipment and Utility Fabrication
  • Industrial Engineering Solutions
  • Technical Consultation
  • Installation, Maintenance, and Support Services

All services are subject to project scope, technical feasibility, quotation approval, material availability, and mutually agreed timelines.

4. Quotations & Project Acceptance

  • All quotations issued by AVA ENGINEERING & INDUSTRIAL SERVICES LLC - FZ are valid for the period stated within the quotation unless otherwise specified in writing.
  • A project shall only be considered confirmed upon receipt of written approval, signed agreement, official purchase order, or advance payment confirmation.
  • Any work requested outside the approved scope shall be considered additional work and may be subject to separate quotation, revised timelines, and additional billing.
  • The Company reserves the right to revise quotations in the event of material cost fluctuations, specification changes, or unforeseen project requirements prior to project confirmation.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms shall be specified in the official quotation, invoice, or agreement issued by the Company.
  • Delayed payments may impact procurement schedules, manufacturing timelines, manpower allocation, delivery dates, and project execution.
  • The Company reserves the right to suspend ongoing work, withhold deliveries, or delay project execution in the event of overdue payments.
  • All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Project Timelines & Delivery

  • Project timelines are estimated based on the approved scope and information available at the time of project confirmation.
  • Delays caused by client approvals, site readiness, restricted access, force majeure events, supplier delays, transportation disruptions, or scope modifications may affect delivery schedules.
  • AVA ENGINEERING & INDUSTRIAL SERVICES LLC - FZ shall not be held liable for delays arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate project specifications, technical drawings, and operational requirements.
  • Ensuring timely communication, approvals, and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Providing safe, accessible, and compliant working environments for on-site activities where applicable.
  • Obtaining required permits, licenses, authority approvals, or third-party clearances unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Reviewing and approving drawings, samples, and submissions within agreed timelines.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, technical drawings, engineering concepts, designs, documents, images, and media, are the intellectual property of AVA ENGINEERING & INDUSTRIAL SERVICES LLC - FZ unless otherwise stated.

9. Warranty & Liability
